• Get the listing agreement and all probate addendums signed.

• Give the escrow officer a certified copy of the death certificate and Letters of Administration or Letters Testamentary.
• Prepare the disclosures for signing.
• Prepare the property for marketing & sale which may include:

           Hiring a Florida Contractor for necessary repairs

                           Hiring a Clutter Removal Service company
                          Hiring Cleaning Service company

• Take marketing photos.
• Communicate the process to prospective buyers and other agents and notify if court approval is required.
• Market the decedent's home until the property is sold.
